Do you allow any pets?

Yes, but we charge additional fees per night per pet plus taxes. Please call us to ask about pet charges.

Do you have any cribs or roller beds?

No, we do not have either of them.

Do you have a vending machine?

✕
We only have a Pepsi vending machine that dispenses cans. We do not have a snacks vending machine but a convenience store is like 5 buildings away only.

Do you have a laundromat?

No, but a coin laundromat is like 3 buildings away.

What are your weekly rates?

Our weekly rates are non-refundable. Please call us to inquire about the weekly rates.

Do you provide monthly rates?

No, sorry, but we do not provide monthly rates, however, you are welcomed to pay weekly rates for as many weeks as you'd like.

Where can I find your ice machine?

Our ice machine is inside the office. You should bring your ice bucket from your room and we can fill it up for you.

Do you serve breakfast?

No, we do not serve or have breakfast. All we have is coffee available daily from 6 am - 9 am only in the front office.

Can I cancel my reservation?

It depends. Cancellation requests for reservations made via online platforms like Booking.com, Expedia, etc. should be requested directly by calling those booking platforms' customer service numbers. Reservations made by calling us directly can be canceled by calling us directly again. Note that cancellations may only be processed if the request for cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. There is a small $5 processing fee for refunds that need to be processed via a credit or a debit card.
